Communication
You, as parents, are your child's first teacher. It is an important part of your child's education for there to be ongoing communication between home and school. Pike Lake has five communication nights scheduled. Please click on the pink rectangle below - it will bring you to the sign-up times.
Take Home Folders
Your child's take home folder will go home every night and must be returned every day back to school. There is a return to school papers side and keep at home papers side. It essential to check your child's folder every night. Any notes for me may go into this folder, or be written on the weekly communication sheet.

Please sign up for one time in the Fall (October/November) and one time in January. Here is the link to the communication nights.
**You do not need to wait to contact me to talk about concerns with your student at school. Please contact me at anytime you have concerns or questions.
Communication Sheets
Every Friday, a Communication Sheet will be sent home in your child's gray school folder. This gives you important information about the upcoming week of school. It will also give information about what we are covering in the classroom and ways to help at home. It serves as a communication between home and school where you can write quick notes. Please keep this Communication Sheet in your child's folder daily. Click on the button on the left to access the most current Communication Sheet.
